Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team as the primary liaison with customers. The Sales Account Manager’s main mission is to generate sales revenue for the company, maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales.
  • Demonstrate ability in public speaking and presentation.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and willingness to learn broadcast related technology.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills  to be a friendly and valuable addition to both the team and the company on a global level

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in a defined territory. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales - assists in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
  • Sales calls – becomes the main technical resource on sales calls and answers/educates the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
  • Converses with networking applications and solutions.
  • Post-sales - becomes the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and works closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.
  • Provides assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
  • 1-3 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
  • Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus.
  • Strong presentation skills

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
